1.) You Do Not Know Everything
You may find yourself at a point in your business journey where you feel like you know it all.
There is always someone who knows more than you.
Be open to continuing to learn from those around you.

Seek out workshops.
Allow yourself to learn and grow.
2.) You Cannot Fix Everything
You’re not always going to have the skills necessary to fix everything.
However, you can equip yourself with a team who compliments the areas that you are lacking.
Whether it is physical therapy or marketing, fit the right team member with the expertise you need.
3.) Create A Welcoming Environment
It’s important to create a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable to express themselves.
There’s small tweaks that you can make to create a welcoming space.
Like utilizing natural lighting – the space will feel bright and happy.
Having conversations with clients about freedom of expression in the gym has made Carlos’s facilities a welcoming environment.
Communicating a standard set of principles of the gym can easy new client’s fears.
