3 Power Questions For Better Gym Management

Most gym owners know how to do an amazing job with their training.

They just need a little push in the right direction when it comes to the business side of things.

To make sure that you are using your resources wisely, there are 3 power questions to ask yourself on a regular basis.

1.) What Is The Most Important Thing I Should Be Doing?

Ask this to yourself and to your staff.

We all need clarity on where our focus needs to be.

Pick the lowest hanging fruit first instead of reaching all the way to the tip.

2.) Is There A Simpler Way To Do This?

For example, when gyms shut down during the pandemic, most raced to offering online training.

There’s many virtual training options already available online.

In this situation it is important to focus on simplicity, speed, and execution.

My team created and launched a simple approach to online training within 2 days of shutting down.

Live Streamed and Recorded Workout.

Think of the simple ways to accomplish things and get them executed ASAP.

3.) What Can I Stop Doing?

Evaluate everything that is taking up your staff’s time.

What isn’t paying off?

Where are you lacking attendance?

Pull the plug on areas that are not seeing payoffs and offer an existing alternative solution instead.

You can then shift your limited resources to areas that matter.

I discuss these questions further in Episode 13 of the Level Up Your Gym Podcast, “3 Power Questions For Better Gym Management
